大连嘉盛新材料有限公司成立于2010年12月，占地面积209751平方米，注册资本1亿元人民币。

项目一期12万吨装置于2012年8月22日奠基，项目建设严格按照设计要求施工，采用较先进的工艺技术、节能环保技术和先进设备。工程已于2013年10月全面建成并进行生产。2021年7月二期12万吨建成投产。

项目建成投产后，年均销售收入约40亿元。

Dalian Jiasheng New Material Co., Ltd. was established in December 2010, covering an area of 209,751 square meters, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million.

The foundation stone for the 120,000-ton facility in Phase I of the project was laid on August 22, 2012. The project was constructed strictly in accordance with design requirements, utilizing advanced process technology, energy-saving and environmental protection technology, and state-of-the-art equipment. The project was fully completed and put into production in October 2013. In July 2021, the 120,000-ton facility in Phase II was completed and put into operation.

After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual average sales revenue will be approximately 4 billion yuan.
